“My favourite part of the personal training was how fun she made it. “I knew Ada for 5 years, as we worked on the same company but in different cities. Two years ago, after I saw her results, I asked for her online/remote help because I weighed 89 kilograms … up from my normal 64 kilograms weight.

I can tell you right now that is not what everybody thinks, nothing will fall from the sky just because you got a Personal Trainer. You still have to put in the work but you are guided, sustained and encouraged which makes the process a lot easier. It makes a big difference and as a bonus, Ada is really passionate as she is seeing herself in your results. I would like to stress on the personalized counselling, from nutrition to the workout and how is the workout created.

Before, I tried 2 nutritionists. They gave me those 5 meals-per-day plans, they just printed them from the computer because they expect them to work on everybody. At some point, because I wanted to lose weight faster, I was working out even 3 hours per session. Ada used to insistently call me and make me stop. Now she calls me The Overtrained :-).

Now I weigh 75 kilograms and I started to do half-marathons, I can actually state that I feel great and I am not looking for excuses not to run in the morning or in the evening, or not to go to hit the gym.
