Motivation creates perseverance. And perseverance gets you the result you wanted. The desire to change appears in everybody. But finding the motivation to accomplish the goal is not that easy. We can have a good day ( good nutrition, a good workout and a good night sleep ) but our motivation will help us repeat it. Change does not happen in one or two days, change takes time and for us to finish what we started, we need a solid reason and the power to continue.

We all know that “on month success”, followed by a complete abandonment. These are the people that apply drastic changes to their lifestyle, changes they cannot sustain. I was one of those people.
